Renovation and addition to a existing 1 story single
family dwelling where the existing dwelling was
raised above base flood elevation.

The first floor entry was relocated from the side of the
house to the front with a new recessed entry
deck/porch. The existing kitchen was enlarged and
renovated. The new front entry foyer has a closet and
space for a stacked W/D. A addition on the southwest
side of the dwelling on the first floor has a new storage
garage and stairs up to the new second floor bedroom.
The second floor bedroom has views of Mill Creek and
the marshland beyond and includes a bath and WIC.
