Renovation and addition to a existing building with a retail space on the first floor and living on te second floor. Design called for a renovated retail space on the first floor and office space on the second flooor. |
Building was raised and a new foundation with basement was added. All windows were replaced with as well as new vinyl siding, soffits and fascias. A new barrier-free ramp was added to the side of the building for access to the first floor retail space. |
